Every time I return back to New York from visiting my folks in Orange County, I bring home massive amounts of bread cut in squares carefully packed into zip lock bags. I put these bags in the freezer as soon as I get home to preserve freshness and, typically, it takes about 1.5 weeks until the stash has disappeared. This is no ordinary bread, this is Sangak Bread. It's hands down the tastiest bread that exists.
